Belief of Relief

A Women-Only Shaking Medicine & Sound Bath Journey What if relief begins when we give ourselves permission to feel, move and let go? Belief of Relief is a women-only space to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with your body and explore the power of Shaking Medicine to support nervous system regulation. Through guided breathwork, grounding practices and spontaneous shaking, we invite the body to soften, release tension and explore new pathways towards balance, resilience and vitality. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your own body, honour your boundaries and participate in whatever way feels right for you. There is no right way to shake, no pressure to perform and no expectation to share more than you wish. We’ll close with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing you to rest, integrate and bathe in the soothing vibrations of sound. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying the weight of life’s responsibilities, or simply longing for time to reconnect with yourself and other women, this is an invitation to pause, breathe and receive. Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Find your own relief. ✨ A welcoming, women-only space ✨ Shaking Medicine, breath and grounding practices ✨ Restorative Sound Bath and integration ✨ Freedom of choice, personal boundaries and self-led participation Bring a yoga mat, a warm shawl and comfortable, layered clothing.
